Virtual Psychotherapy & Psychedelic Integration
Welcome to Divine Intervention, a virtual psychotherapy practice for women navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, religious or spiritual trauma, and psychedelic integration.
At the heart of this practice is a simple truth: you are your own best healer. Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand the patterns shaping your life, and reconnect with the wisdom already within you.
Here, divine intervention isn’t something outside of you—it’s the moment you begin listening to yourself and creating meaningful change.

Hi! I’m Rachel (she/her), a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing virtual therapy in Seattle and throughout Washington State. I specialize in working with women navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, intimacy concerns, trauma, sexuality, burnout, and religious or spiritual trauma. I also offer psychedelic preparation and integration therapy for individuals seeking support making meaning of expanded states of consciousness.
I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University and am a Certified Medical Family Therapist. I have additional training in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy training. I’m deeply curious about the patterns we repeat, the stories we carry, and how our past shapes the way we show up in our relationships today. I won’t just focus on symptoms- together, we'll look at the bigger picture and explore what may be happening underneath them.
My Approach to Therapy
My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that you already carry the capacity to heal. Therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about understanding what shaped you, recognizing the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and creating the conditions for meaningful change. Our early relationships and life experiences influence how we see ourselves and how we connect with others, so together we explore attachment patterns, family dynamics, and the systems that have shaped your story. My style is warm, playful, and compassionate- while still being gentle but direct when it comes to helping you notice patterns and move toward change.
My work is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, psychodynamic and narrative therapy, somatic approaches, and cognitive behavioral strategies. With curiosity and care, we work with the protective parts of you that developed through earlier wounds, building insight, emotional regulation, and healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. Creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and never judged is at the core of my work.
