Virtual Support Before & After Psychedelic Experiences

Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy (PAT) combines psychedelic experiences with structured therapeutic support.

Research shows that the depth of mystical or meaning-making experiences is closely linked to positive therapeutic outcomes.

Psychedelics can open powerful states of insight, emotional breakthrough, and connection by temporarily loosening rigid thought patterns and fostering self-compassion and perspective. These experiences, however, are only the beginning. Preparation and integration are what turn insight into lasting growth.

I offer virtual psychedelic preparation and integration therapy to support you before and after your experience, helping you approach it with intention and integrate what arises into your daily life.

What I Provide

  • Psychedelic Preparation Sessions: before your experience

  • Psychedelic Integration Therapy: after your experience

  • Support processing emotional, psychological, and spiritual material

  • Help translating insights into meaningful, sustainable life changes

  • Evidence-based psychotherapy, mindfulness, and somatic approaches

What I Do NOT Provide

  • Psychedelic substances or medicines

Integration Therapy:
After Your Experience

Integration therapy supports you in making sense of what emerged — whether your experience felt expansive, confusing, challenging, or all of the above.

Integration can help with:

  • Processing emotions and insights

  • Understanding mystical or transcendent experiences

  • Working through difficult or challenging journeys

  • Exploring shifts in identity, values, or beliefs

  • Bringing insight into daily life, relationships, and purpose

Integration helps experiences become embodied wisdom, not isolated events.

How Integration Therapy May Support You

  • Processing challenging, confusing, or distressing journeys

  • Exploring mystical, spiritual, or transcendent states

  • Working through anxiety or hesitation about future experiences

  • Navigating existential or spiritual questions that arise
