What “Divine Intervention” Means Here:

Divine Intervention isn’t something mystical or outside of you. It’s the moment you pause, turn inward, and begin listening to yourself more honestly. The intervention is you — paying attention to your patterns, your needs, and your inner voice instead of pushing them aside.

It’s the process of reclaiming your agency and realizing the clarity and wisdom you’ve been searching for may already exist within you.Therapy can support this process by helping you understand the relationship patterns, anxiety, trauma, and life experiences that shape how you move through the world.

Philosophy & Approach

Inner Healing Intelligence

I believe you already carry the capacity to heal. Therapy isn’t about fixing you, it’s about understanding what shaped you, removing barriers, and creating the conditions for change.

Relational & Systems-Focused

Our early relationships shape how we see ourselves and how we connect with others. We look at attachment patterns, family dynamics, and larger systems that have influenced you so you can better understand your reactions, triggers, and relationship patterns today.

Therapeutic Modalities

My work is integrative and trauma-informed. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, psychodynamic and narrative approaches, somatic therapy, and cognitive behavioral strategies. We work compassionately with the protective parts of you that developed through early wounds, building insight, regulation, and healthier ways of relating.

What is Therapy?

Therapy's Role

Therapy provides a space where change becomes possible. It offers guidance, insight, and support as you do the real work of transformation. A therapist helps you find the parts of yourself that are ready to grow, and provides expert knowledge of the human experience to guide your journey.

Your Role

Change requires your active participation. You must be willing to:

  • Recognize that something needs to shift

  • Open yourself to new perspectives

  • Actually do the work between sessions

  • Move the needle, even when it's uncomfortable

The Relationship

Think of therapy as a collaboration. Your therapist brings expertise in facilitating change, but you bring the willingness and effort. When both elements come together, professional guidance and personal commitment, that's when profound transformation becomes possible.
